The spacious sunlit dining and living area with open plan kitchen opens out to the back garden. There is a separate cosy lounge.  Comfortable hydronic heating throughout will keep you warm in Kyneton’s cooler months. The air conditioned living area ensures your comfort during hotter periods.

The established country garden features a magnificent silver birch in the front lawn and hellebores, magnolias and shady trees in the protected backyard. Relax on the veranda and take in the country air.

The Bowling Club, RSL, food shops and eateries are all close by. The local swimming pool is handy to cool off on a hot day. In the evening it’s but a short stroll to The Albion Restaurant.

 Wander the nearby Kyneton Botanical Gardens (great for a picnic) and continue along the Campapse River Walk to trendy Piper Street.

Kyneton Country Cottage is close to the historic Kyneton Railway Station so you can leave the car behind and come by train.
